FL JETAA connects JET alumni with each other and Japanese professionals all over Florida.  If you’re moving to Florida and you’d like to get involved and learn more about our chapter, please visit our webpage. We are headquartered in Miami with a subchapter in Tampa, but we also have active regional groups in the following cities:

We are an active chapter with over 200 members.  We support departing and returning JETs, bring Japanese culture to our local community, engage in professional development/networking, help the Consulate in recruiting prospective JETs, and engage in charitable efforts centered on Japan and/or education.

We welcome JET alums as well as general community members looking to connect with Japan at our events. South Florida Haru Natsukashii DinnerThis is networking and recruiting event to bring together JETAA members, professionals, and prospective JETs in the greater Miami area a chance to share JET experiences, discuss how to improve JETAA involvement in the local community, and promote JETAA events selected for the upcoming fiscal year.
