Hotel & Venue

The 2014 National Conference will be held at the Best Western Executive Inn Plus in Seattle, Washington. Delegates will be staying there for both the official Conference nights of September 19th and 20th, and for the optional ‘third night’ of September 18th!

Please note that PNWJETAA and the National Conference Committee will not be covering the Optional Third Night; this will be pulled from each chapter’s personal GiA and will be paid, by check, directly to PNWJETAA. We will be issuing an invoice for the optional third night that each chapter will submit in their annual Treasurer’s report.

Check-In and Registration:

Check-in for rooms will be available at 4PM Thursday and Friday, and checkout is due by 11AM. Any room incidentals (i.e. mini-bar, snack bar, etc) will be charged to the individual conference attendee. The hotel will require to have one credit card per room on file.

The Registration Table will be in the alcove directly ahead of you from the lobby. There will be Registration Coordinators at the table during the following times:

9/18 (Thursday): 2PM – 6PM
9/19 (Friday): 8AM – 1PM

For late arrivals, please find Cheryl Hou to register, and receive your Conference Bag. If you arrive late on Thursday, please register on Friday morning.

The Conference will officially begin at 2PM on Friday, September 19th. Included in your hotel rooms are two breakfast vouchers per room, per day. The breakfast buffet dining room is located behind the lobby, and next to the conference space and is open from 7AM each day.

Please be in the conference rooms by 8:55AM on Saturday and Sunday, so that we can be settled in to start straight away.

Conference Rooms:

We will be using ­the Blakely Camano half of the Seafair Ballroom for the duration of the 2014 National Conference.

Lunch(es):

September 19th (Friday) – There will be an optional lunch catered on-site at Best Western, by CLAIR. If you have any severe dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible via nat-con@pnwjetaa.org

September 20th (Saturday) – Lunch will be catered on-site at the Best Western. If you have any severe dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible via nat-con@pnwjetaa.org

September 21st (Sunday) – The Conference will end at noon, and lunch will not be a covered
